Kesari Chapter 2 box office collection day 5: Akshay Kumar, R Madhavan, Ananya Panday-starrer stays steady, earns

According to early estimates reported by Sacnilk, the film earned approximately Rs 4.75 crore on its first Tuesday (Day 5), showing a minor but noteworthy growth in collections. This takes the film's total domestic box office collection to Rs 38.75 crore.

*Kesari Chapter 2*, starring Akshay Kumar, R Madhavan, and Ananya Panday, has maintained steady growth at the box office since its release on April 18 (Good Friday).

On Day 5 (Tuesday), the film earned approximately ₹4.75 crore, bringing its total domestic collection to ₹38.75 crore.

The film started strong, earning ₹7.75 crore on Day 1, followed by ₹9.75 crore on Day 2 and ₹12.25 crore on Day 3 (Sunday), its highest collection so far.

Monday saw an expected drop in earnings to ₹4.50 crore, but numbers picked up slightly on Tuesday.

However, the film's collections are still lower than Akshay's January release 'Sky Force' which crossed the Rs 100 crore mark. According to reports, despite the lower numbers, the Akshay starrer is still performing better in terms of audience turnout.

As of now, the film seems poised to cross the Rs 40 crore mark today, but questions remain over the film crossing the Rs 50 crore mark by the end of its first week at the box office.

The film may face competition from *Ground Zero*, starring Emraan Hashmi, which releases this Friday.
